Your Role
In this role you will:
Be an advisor in marketing and sales strategies
Handle and develop leads from both inbound and outbound channels
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting, qualification and first outreach, to demo, negotiation and closing
Identify customer challenges in marketing / ABM / digital advertising and position Hey Sid as the solution that creates real business value
Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Sales and Growth)
Collaborate closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure delivery, onboarding and long-term retention
Contribute insights, feedback and ideas to continuously refine our offering and go-to-market approach
Work towards clear KPIs such as pipeline growth, demos, closed deals and ARR contribution
This is a high-impact role where you’ll get significant responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to grow as the company scales.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience within SaaS, martech or related fields
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach, account research, networking)
Experience in consultative sales, objection handling and managing complex buying decisions
Solid understanding of digital marketing, advertising, ABM or similar fields
Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and executives
Self-driven, goal-oriented, structured and resilient
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), and the ability to leverage them in daily sales, research, and communication workflows
Nice-to-haves:
Background from a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
Experience contributing to product / offering development
Experience with performance marketing, digital agencies or similar
Established network within marketing and tech
