Hey Sid started with a simple observation.
After more than a decade working in B2B marketing and martech across multiple SaaS companies, Rikard Jonsson kept running into the same challenge: sales cycles were getting longer, buying committees larger, and marketing efforts broader, yet less effective. Teams were investing more than ever, but still struggling to stay relevant with the people who actually made decisions.

But it was also fragile. It relied on manual processes, disconnected tools, and constant effort. Scaling it across teams, markets, and channels was hard. Maintaining consistency was even harder. That’s when the question became unavoidable: If this is difficult for experienced, well-funded teams, how many companies are struggling with this without even realizing why?

From day one, Sid was backed both operationally and financially by Devotion, giving the company the stability to build for the long term, not quick wins.
