Hey Sid started with a simple observation.

After more than a decade working in B2B marketing and martech across multiple SaaS companies, Rikard Jonsson kept running into the same challenge: sales cycles were getting longer, buying committees larger, and marketing efforts broader, yet less effective. Teams were investing more than ever, but still struggling to stay relevant with the people who actually made decisions.

Teams were investing more than ever, but still struggling to stay relevant with the people who actually made decisions.

Throughout his career, Rikard developed a way of working that consistently delivered results: Stay visible to the right people, every day, long before they’re ready to buy. Not through louder campaigns or more channels, but through: individual-level targeting consistent presence across the buying journey and tight alignment between marketing and sales It worked, repeatedly. But it was also fragile. It relied on manual processes, disconnected tools, and constant effort. Scaling it across teams, markets, and channels was hard. Maintaining consistency was even harder. That’s when the question became unavoidable: If this is difficult for experienced, well-funded teams, how many companies are struggling with this without even realizing why?

Rikard went all in to build Sid full-time, with a clear mission: Help sales-led B2B companies stay visible, trusted, and relevant throughout long buying cycles, without adding complexity. From day one, Sid was backed both operationally and financially by Devotion, giving the company the stability to build for the long term, not quick wins.

Customers quickly adopted Sid as a single engine for: person-based advertising consistent thought leadership and automated sales outreach Helping teams replace fragmented tools and manual work with one connected platform. Today, Hey Sid is used by companies across multiple European markets, supporting sales and marketing teams working with long, complex decision cycles.
