Your Role
As our Growth Manager Intern, you’ll be in charge of building and optimizing Hey Sid’s outbound growth machine, with a focus on LinkedIn and email outreach.
You’ll work closely with our founders and Account Executives to identify ideal prospects, run targeted campaigns, and continuously test and refine your approach.
This role is hands-on, data-driven and creative, perfect for someone who wants to learn modern B2B growth inside-out.
You will:
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers based on our ICPs.
Scrape and enrich leads using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Set up, launch and optimize outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email).
Write and test outreach sequences and messaging frameworks.
Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and continuously iterate to improve performance.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are handed over smoothly.
Explore new channels, tools and automations to make our outbound machine smarter and faster.
Your end goal: generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads and meetings for our sales team.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
You’re currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, or a related field.
You’re curious about B2B growth, lead generation, and outbound sales.
You’re analytical, organized, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
You enjoy experimenting, testing and improving campaigns based on data.
You have strong written communication skills in English and Swedish.
You’re hands-on and comfortable figuring things out, from scraping leads to sending your first campaign.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with outbound or sales tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of B2B SaaS and how outbound fits into a modern GTM motion.
Experience in cold email or LinkedIn outreach.
Familiarity with CRM systems, A/B testing and campaign analytics.
Interest in AI tools and automations that boost productivity and creativity.
