About the role

As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll work closely with leadership and the wider team to help build the foundations of a strong, scalable, and values-driven organization. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real exposure to how People & Culture works in a growing tech company from recruitment and onboarding to culture initiatives and internal processes.

You will not be observing from the sidelines. You will contribute.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment processes (job ads, screening, interviews, candidate experience)

  • Help develop and improve onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with People & Culture operations (documentation, policies, internal routines)

  • Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives (feedback loops, rituals, internal communication)

  • Support performance-related initiatives and internal development frameworks

  • Work closely with founders and managers on ad-hoc People & Culture projects

Who You Are

  • Currently studying (or recently graduated in) HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar

  • Interested in People & Culture in startups / scaleups

  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information

  • Proactive, curious, and not afraid to take ownership

  • Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a requirement)
