About Sid
Hey Sid is a growth partner for ambitious B2B companies. We combine strategy, creativity, data, and technology to help our clients grow faster and smarter. Internally, we operate with a strong product mindset and continuously build tools that improve how we work and how our clients interact with us.
About the role
We are looking for a Product & Internal Tools Intern who is curious about product development and enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions.
In this role, you will work hands-on with Lovable to build internal products used daily by the Hey Sid team and our clients. This can range from creating a client Help Center, improving onboarding flows, or building an internal ATS or admin tools.
You do not need to know how to code. What matters is an interest in product thinking, systems, usability, and building things that solve real problems.
This internship is a strong fit for someone who wants to explore product development, operations, or tech-enabled roles without committing to a traditional developer path.

Nice to have (but not required)
Experience with no-code / low-code tools (Lovable, Notion, Webflow, Airtable, etc.)
Background in business, tech, product, design, or operations
Interest in startups, SaaS, or digital products
What you’ll get
Real-world experience building tools that are used every day
Exposure to product thinking, internal tooling, and business operations
Close collaboration with senior team members and decision-makers
A strong portfolio of practical applications you’ve built
A flexible, learning-focused internship with real responsibility
Why this internship matters
This is not a “watch and learn” internship.
