The Opportunity
This consultancy role is ideal for you if you are:
A freelancer, consultant, or business developer seeking an additional revenue stream through high-value B2B deals.
A senior sales or marketing professional with strong relationships in the Nordic market, ready to turn your network into income.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team and leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to potential clients while leveraging Hey Sid’s proven methodology, tech stack, and creative assets to close new business.
Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Act as a strategic advisor on marketing and sales acceleration for potential clients.
Run qualified demos and meetings (some pre-booked, others self-generated through your outreach or network).
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and signed agreement.
Identify pain points in marketing, demand generation, and ABM, and position Hey Sid as the solution.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Sales Directors, and CEOs).
Collaborate with Hey Sid’s marketing, product, and client delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and strong client outcomes.
Provide market feedback and insights that shape our go-to-market strategy and service offering.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
Based in Sweden (or the Nordic region) with fluent English and Swedish proficiency.
3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or digital growth.
A proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Consultative, solution-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills.
Understanding of digital marketing, ABM, or advertising.
Excellent communicator who can confidently engage C-level executives.
Self-motivated, structured, and entrepreneurial, you thrive on results, not oversight.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and curiosity around AI and automation tools.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
A strong network within marketing, tech, or growth roles in the Nordics.
Experience with performance marketing or account-based marketing strategies.
Contributions to brand-building or social selling via LinkedIn.
