Senior Product Engineer

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
About Sid
We're building the AI-powered engine behind B2B marketing at scale. Our platform automatically identifies target audiences, scrapes and enriches company data and manages campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta for 50+ fast-growing clients.
We ship features daily. We automate aggressively. We use AI agents to do the heavy lifting.
Now we need a senior product engineer who can help us scale this further. Someone technical who thinks like a product owner and loves working at the intersection of data, APIs and AI.
🧠 The role
As a Senior Product Engineer at Sid, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our internal data products and customer-facing tools. You'll collaborate closely with the founders, developers, designers and marketing strategists to define product priorities, architecture and implementation paths.
You'll be working directly with the CTO, an experienced hands-on tech leader who previously exited his company to Mastercard. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape both the product and your own career path, whether that's growing into technical leadership, managing future team members or becoming a deep expert owning key product areas.
You'll have a say in what we build, not just how we build it.
💡 What you’ll actually do
Build audience intelligence systems: Develop the full pipeline from data scraping and enrichment to cleaning and aggregating datasets. Create algorithms that automatically generate highly targeted B2B audiences.
Create AI agents: Build autonomous agents that research companies, analyze audience data and make decisions with human oversight. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs and marketing intelligence.
Integrate and automate everything: Connect our platform with external services: ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), CRMs (HubSpot), billing (Stripe) and more. Design seamless data flows that reduce manual work for the team and create effortless experiences for customers. Add new integrations as we expand our capabilities.
Launch new products: Drive new features from concept to production. Interview the internal team to gather requirements, translate vague ideas into technical solutions and create real user value. You'll own the full product development cycle.
Shape product strategy: Collaborate on roadmaps, from designing data models to deciding what customer-facing tools or analytics dashboards we should build next.
🧰 Our tech stack & development philosophy
We build with TypeScript, Next.js and React with Tailwind CSS on the frontend. Our backend runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Drizzle ORM for type-safe database queries. We deploy on Vercel with GitHub Actions handling CI/CD and use Datadog for monitoring.
Automation is core to how we work. We leverage AI coding tools like Claude to move fast, but you own your code and need to understand what it does. We use AI agents to enforce code standards and reduce toil, combined with strong TypeScript typing, SAST tools and structured logging across the application. We maintain hundreds of tests spanning unit, integration and E2E coverage because quality at speed matters.
Our goal is simple: automate the boring stuff so we can focus on building features that matter. The team ships multiple times every single day.
🧩 About You
You have solid full-stack or backend experience (5+ years) building product in startups or fast-moving companies.
You love the product side as much as the technical side. You want to understand the "why" before jumping to the "how".
You thrive in ambiguity. Vague requirements don't scare you, they energize you.
You've built with APIs, worked with data pipelines or scraping systems. Bonus if you've done B2B integrations.
You embrace AI tools to move faster but you own your code and understand what it does.
You prefer small, autonomous teams over large organizations. Fast decisions over endless meetings.
