Challenge

Visiba develops digital healthcare solutions, making Vitalis 2026 a key event for reaching relevant healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Through geofencing, Visiba extended its presence beyond the venue and reached attendees digitally while the event was taking place.

Solution

Hey Sid launched a dedicated geofencing campaign around Svenska Mässan for Vitalis 2026.

The campaign went live with a total budget of SEK 5,000 and five event-specific ads, using both static and animated creative on Meta.

By focusing delivery around the event location, Visiba could add a digital layer to its physical event presence and stay visible to people moving in and around the venue while digital healthcare was already top of mind.

The activation turned a short event window into a concentrated advertising opportunity built around location, timing and relevance.

Results

• 48,886 impressions during the Vitalis 2026 geofencing campaign.

• 492 clicks from five Meta ads. resulting in a 1.0% CTR across the campaign.

• Generated enough visibility that, according to Visiba, a communicator from the event organiser

  reached out to ask what they had done.
